Biography

Nada Stojadinovic is a top 5% agent in the Metro Milwaukee MLS and was named to the 2024 Associate Leadership Council (ALC) in the Keller Williams Lake Country market center. She spent 20+ years as a communications executive in the Fortune 500 as well as prestigious global PR firms and applies that savvy knowledge as a licensed real estate professional at Keller Williams. Accustomed to pressure, some of her career hallmarks include working with the Secret Service for a former president, landing client Lowe’s on NBC’s Weekend Today Show, flawlessly executing high-profile media events for a former Chicago Mayor / World Business Chicago, securing global media interviews for CEOs attending the World Economic Forum, and leading a brand launch for Michael Jordan, just to name a few. However, Nada is no stranger to the real estate industry.

Nada began early as a real estate investor. In 1997, she purchased a condo in Chicago’s West Loop, at the time, an up-and-coming area most investors were once wary about. She and husband Dejan then invested in another condo in Chicago’s Near North neighborhood, another transformative area of the city. With an eye to returning to Wisconsin once children arrived, they settled on building in Muskego after an exhaustive search for a family home in southeast Wisconsin. Her keen eye for ROI has built equity with each purchase. Nada uses that business acumen to do the same for her clients.

Realizing wealth is made with investments that work while you sleep, Nada added several commercial real estate properties to her portfolio, specifically self-storage facilities. One of the hottest commercial investment spaces in the U.S., Nada’s has deep knowledge about the space, both from an owner-operator and investor.

Nada was born, raised and educated in metro Milwaukee (go UWM Panthers!), family in Racine and a resident of beautiful Muskego. She services all of Southeastern Wisconsin, but with the many family and friends located globally, she also can find the right Keller Williams agent to help with real estate needs anywhere in the world. With sons in Generation Z, Nada hopes to help family, friends and new clients start the real estate investment path early to achieve financial security and future wealth. Community involvement is also so important to her, and she has a big love of the music arts, serving as President of MHS Music Friends for more than six years for Muskego High School’s 500+ student music program.

KW is a leading luxury real estate company and because of that, Nada believes in providing a luxury experience to all clients regardless of price point. Customized services you can expect with each transaction include, but not limited to: unparalleled service and attention to detail, sales and negotiating expertise, customized PR/marketing strategy, staging, photography, lifestyle video services and of course, leveraging her extensive rolodex and relationships acquired over her career.
